From the station, you can also take the Metrolink tram (see below).

Driving & Parking
Wellington House is just off Pollard Street East, easily accessible from major routes into Manchester city centre.
There is limited on-street parking nearby, and some paid parking options within walking distance.
If you need to unload heavy equipment, please let us know in advance so we can arrange.
About
The light loft is a friendly, affordable studio space located in Ancoats, Manchester. The space is run by resident photographer - Amy Ennis.
“I started The Light Loft first and foremost as my own personal studio, it’s designed to be functional but inviting, somewhere that not only has everything I need as a photographer to produce great work but also somewhere that feels comfortable and inspires creativity. I decided to open the space for hire to allow other creatives the option of an affordable and friendly space in the city - I’m really excited to meet lots of new people and see their ideas come to life!”
Amy has been a product and commercial photographer for 10 years and worked on lots of varied and exciting projects. She is always on hand in the studio to assist with equipment, prop and model sourcing and just for general help around the studio. She is also available to shoot your projects for you should you need a photographer!

9am - 6pm Monday- Friday. Evening Sessions available on Thursdays until 10pm.
10am - 10pm Saturday
Closed - Sunday.
Should you wish to book the studio outside of these house please get in touch as it may still be possible.
Please note there may be an out of hours additional fee.

Photography Shoots including, still life, fashion and portraits. Videography shoots that don’t require silence. Content creation and creative workshops.
Please be aware that the studio operates within a working building and has no sound proofing - therefore silence cannot be guaranteed.

Studio hire starts from £30 an hour with a 2 hour minimum.
Half days (4 hours) are £120
Full Days (8 Hours) are £220.
